We needed to sell quickly as we were moving out of state. The advice we were getting from other agents didn’t give us much hope. We were told that we weren’t going to get the equity we needed to purchase our new home and that we weren’t going to sell in the time frame that we needed to move. At one point we were considering renting out our home and renting a home in our new city. We were deflated and confused, until we met Whitney Fields. In February 2008 my wife and I decided to sell our home in Carlsbad, Ca located in the Ranch Carrillo community. At this time the real estate values were declining and we decided to interview several Realtors familiar with our community to get their perspective and guidance. We chose the The Masters Real Estate Group to sell our home. Deborah Mannion and Shannon Blas came to the interview extremely well prepared demonstrating to us a level of professionalism beyond that of their competitors. While Deborah took the point for the sale of our home we actually received the benefit of a team of people.
