In February 2008 my wife and I decided to sell our home in Carlsbad, Ca located in the Ranch Carrillo community. At this time the real estate values were declining and we decided to interview several Realtors familiar with our community to get their perspective and guidance. We chose the The Masters Real Estate Group to sell our home. Deborah Mannion and Shannon Blas came to the interview extremely well prepared demonstrating to us a level of professionalism beyond that of their competitors. While Deborah took the point for the sale of our home we actually received the benefit of a team of people. Candice Mellor, patiently guided us through the maze of paperwork required to sell our home. The purpose of this letter is to show my appreciation and to commend Whitney Fields. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting with Whitney in March of this year as we were selling our San Diego Home; we were fortunate to acquire her as our Realtor. A couple of years ago, Whitney had sold the home located right next door to ours; we were surprised when we learned it had sold within a few days after being listed. Prior to this, I had observed Whitney’s extensive preparation of this home: storing furniture in the garage, painting, prepping the landscaping for beautiful curb appeal and finally professionally staging the interior of the home. She was there day after day getting her hands dirty, I had been so impressed by all of her hard work, I thought to myself, if I ever sell a home, I hope to find a Realtor with such talent, knowledge and dedication. Whitney skillfully staged our home with the lovely look and smells of a model home. Mrs. Fields takes measures to ensure everything is flawless and in place prior to going live and listing a home. All who viewed our listings reported the marketing was clever and the photos stunning. Since we live in Tucson and were unable to provide access or assistance as needed for contractors, etc. Whitney cheerfully offered to help us anytime we needed her. Additionally, she assisted in searching for the best priced professionals as needed to make repairs to our home. She was available 24/7, and stayed in constant communication with us every step of the way. Mrs. Fields consistently worked to sell our home, one of the many projects included conducting open-house on the weekends along with offering fresh baked cookies. She updated our marketing regularly, and she even volunteered many times to show the home when the Buyers Realtor’s could not do so. Whitney is fair, fun and friendly, and it is easy to see she has a special talent in preparing and selling homes for a quick sell. Our home sold in 4-days, unfortunately the initial buyer had cold feet and backed out; nonetheless we received numerous offers one which we accepted and closed on within 4-months. In a day and time where one rarely finds such genuinely fair and friendly, caring people who are truly diligent and knowledgeable in their respective industry, we felt compelled to write this letter. In respect to the aforementioned, I would like to pay tribute to Mrs. Fields for a job well done.
